At Trimco the assembly process involves the operation of 120 well-qualified workers over 5000 sq.m. area. Due to specialized CAD and CMM software, we are able to simulate the operation of our products on the assembly lines.

Trimco Company has many years of extensive experience in the assembly of specialized custom transport containers which are compatible with robotic loading stations and can be operated by robot manipulators and grippers.

The assembly of specialized custom transport containers requires maintaining the precision of dimensional chains in relation to the product reference points. This dimensional accuracy is possible due to our specialist instrumentation and the secondary verification of chains is conducted with the use of Faro laser measurement systems (CMM).
